set-up time.

This is when all your hard work & planning starts to come to life! We include 5 hours of set up time for all events. Use this time for your vendors to do their thing & for you to hangout with your bridal party in our two beautiful suites! We have plenty of space (and power outlets) for you to do hair & makeup onsite.

We have a variety of items you are welcome to use to help create your perfect event layout. Before your event our team will help you design the layout & it will be set when you & your vendors arrive.

- 2, 6ft farm tables.
- 20, 72in rounds tables.
- 320 cross back chairs.
- 3 ceremony arches, wood, copper & a wood cross.
- Rolling hutch.
- Easels.
- Rolling walls for decor or blocking off areas.

ceremony options

We intentionally designed the space to have a seamless flow from ceremony to reception. We have two adjoining spaces & our “small room” seats up to 220 guests for a ceremony. If your guest count is a bit larger (up to 320) you can use the small room for a cocktail hour while our team fully takes care of flipping the “big room” from your ceremony to your reception. We promise it sounds more complicated than it actually is!

receptions & Parties

Our reception space can seat up to 320 guests with room for a dance floor, but also feels warm & welcoming to groups much smaller. Having both farm tables & round tables allows us to expertly design your layout to fit all of your needs. Our clients use both bands & DJ’s so we are equipped with all the electrical they both could need.

Delicious food & Drinks

We work with an incredible caterer, CN Catering. Since they are a full-service caterer you, your family & your guests will not need to lift a finger.
